I DON’T LIKE MLM BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE FAIL IN THIS BUSINESS

I bet you come across the above statement a lot in your MLM business right? Some of the people that we talk to hate MLM or they do not want to get involve in MLM business because they know that there are more failures in MLM than those who make big money in the business.

Well what can I say, this statement “Most people fail in MLM than those who succeed” is TRUE. Yup, you read this right, most fail and that is a fact. But hold on to that thought for a while….can we replace the MLM word in the above statement with anything that we can think of in life? Hmmm…. let’s see…

…… Most people fail in BUSINESS than those who succeed i.e millionaires and billionaires

…… Most people fail in UNIVERSITY than those who succeed i.e graduated with summa cum laude

…… Most people fail in SCHOOL than those who succeed i.e those who get 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

…… Most people fail as SINGERS than those who succeed, look at American Idol…how many have tried and how many made it to the recording studio

…… Most people fail in SPORTS than those who succeed, look at soccer…how many players have reached the world class standard – Ronaldinho, David Beckham, C. Ronaldo, Pele, …

…… Most people fail in MODELING than those who succeed, look at how many models have reached world class standard – Cindy Crawford, Gisele Bundchen, Heidi Klum, Iman, Tyra Banks…

…… Most people fail in scaling up the CORPORATE LADDER than those who succeed, look at any organization…how many have reached the highest level such as at CEO level over their working lives

…… Most people fail in POLITICS than those who succeed, look at how many politicians made it as the Prime Minister or President of a nation

…… Most people fail as AUTHORS than those who succeed, look at how many best selling authors are out there compared to the number of aspiring authors who dream of becoming one

…… Most people fail as MOVIE STARS than those who succeed, look at how many Box Office’s movie stars are out there compared to the number of those who go for audition every day

The list goes on and on and on. So what’s the big deal about most people fail in MLM then those who succeed? It happens everywhere in our lives because that’s how life is. Those who persevere, determined, highly motivated, hard working and focus on getting what they want will ultimately SUCCEED in life, and the rest will only become the spectators and the failures in life.

Why this is happening? One word, choice. Life is about choices. You choose to work hard or not, you choose to continue pursuing your dreams or quit half way, you choose to study or skip classes when you were in school, you choose to practice all day long at the football field or practice once in a while, you choose to stay awake all night to do your modeling photo shoot or go to bed early, you choose to stay at the office to complete your work or go back on time just like most of your co-workers …. I think you know where I am getting at.

So next time when people make this kind of statement about your MLM business, enlighten them with this fact of life… most people fail in any areas of life than those who succeed….it’s a choice that we make..

Before I pen off, one thing you must understand here is that, in order to choose the right choice, you must know what the right choice is…in order to do this you must continuously increase you KNOWLEDGE, period!

RM1 juta tidak cukup selepas bersara

JOHOR BAHRU 20 April - Rakyat Malaysia daripada golongan sederhana memerlukan sekurang-kurangnya RM1 juta ketika bersara sekiranya mahu mengekalkan gaya hidup semasa.

Pengurus Negara ESG Direct Asia Pte. Ltd. bagi Malaysia, K. Sasitharan berkata, bagaimanapun jumlah itu sebenarnya hanya sekadar 'cukup makan' jika diambil kira kos perubatan dalam tempoh berkenaan.

Beliau berkata, berdasarkan tinjauan yang dijalankan mendapati hanya 10 peratus rakyat Malaysia yang memiliki simpanan yang baik untuk menghadapi zaman persaraan mereka nanti.

''Namun, simpanan tersebut bukan hasil daripada tabiat menabung tetapi sebaliknya disebabkan mendapat gaji besar sehingga menyebabkan simpanan dalam Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja mencukupi," katanya kepada Utusan Malaysia selepas mengadakan Seminar Khas Perancangan Kewangan sempena Minggu Saham Amanah Malaysia 2009 di sini.

Beliau berkata, sejumlah 10 peratus didapati menjadikan amalan menyimpan untuk menghadapi persaraan manakala 80 peratus lagi tidak bersedia langsung dan terpaksa bergantung kepada anak-anak.

Sasitharan berkata, walaupun amalan menabung masih lagi rendah di kalangan rakyat Malaysia tetapi ia adalah perkara normal bagi negara yang memiliki populasi muda.

Bagaimanapun, situasi itu perlu diperbaiki sebelum menimbulkan masalah kepada negara kerana dalam tempoh 15 hingga 20 tahun lagi Malaysia berpotensi untuk mempunyai majoriti penduduk dewasa.

Beliau berkata, rakyat Malaysia sepatutnya menukar persepsi yang ada dan menjadi lebih bersedia dalam mengharungi dunia persaraan tanpa perlu mengurangkan gaya hidup sedia ada.

''Di Malaysia, pesara secara automatik akan mengubah gaya hidup kebelakang berikutan kekangan wang untuk meneruskan gaya hidup selesa semasa bekerja.

''Sebab itu, pesara akan balik ke kampung selepas bersara dengan harapan dapat mengawal perbelanjaan harian, sekali gus mengurangkan beban kos hidup,'' jelasnya.

Beliau menafikan bahawa amalan menabung hanya berupaya dilakukan oleh golongan yang memiliki gaji yang lumayan.

''Dakwaan ini tidak benar kerana golongan pekerja yang memiliki gaji RM1,000 pun menabung, secara perlahan-lahan kerana gaji yang diperoleh akan mengalami kenaikan seiring tempoh bekerja,'' jelasnya.

Sasitharan menegaskan, masalah di Malaysia adalah kebanyakan rakyatnya lebih mengutamakan gaya hidup berbanding menabung.

Sambil memberi contoh, katanya, rakyat Malaysia sekarang dilihat lebih cenderung berbelanja terlebih dahulu sebelum mendapat gaji.

''Sekarang ini, kad kredit telah mengawal perbelanjaan rakyat Malaysia, ini memang budaya bahaya kerana setiap kali mendapat gaji, kita akan mendahulukan hutang,'' katanya.

Ditanya apa yang perlu dilakukan jika tabungan pekerja masih tidak mencukupi pada usia 55 tahun, Sasitharan berkata: ''Pekerja itu perlu terus bekerja kerana usia persaraan 55 tahun adalah masih muda berbanding negara maju pada usia 65 tahun. Ini bukan bermakna pesara yang tidak mempunyai cukup simpanan masih mempunyai 10 tahun lagi untuk menabung,'' kata beliau.

mana lebih untung, guna duit sendiri atau pinjam duit orang untuk memulakan perniagaan? mula- mula aku ingat guna duit sendiri lebih untung coz tak perlu runsing mok bayar hutang..kan2? sebab apa aku pikir macam tu? sebab aku tengok kazen aku berniaga tak pernah mohon pinjaman untuk 'finance' bisnes dia...tapi, aku pun terpikir..kalau macam tu kalau aku kerja dengan gaji RM1000 sebulan, aku perlu tunggu beberapa tahun lagi la mok bukak kedai...masa pun berlalu dan 'isu' itu pun ilang...bila alu masuk klas strategic management, cikgu ku cakap mun mok untung lebih, pinjam duit untuk 'finance'...aih? lain macam jak teori ni...macam mana ni? kalu sale tiada macam mana mo bayar utang? cikgu pun cakap...kata kunci nya adalah 'cost of fund'. cost of fund ini adalah cos meminjam untuk finance perniagaan kita...contohnya yang paling dekat ialah ASB..katakan kita pinjam bank dengan faedah 3-4% then kita simpan dalam ASB dengan faedah 5-7%...disini kita dah untung 3%...maksudnya setiap seringgit yang kita simpan kita akan untung 3 sen..kan ke untung tu?

INGIN KAYA ATAU HARUS KAYA

Kaya...semua orang ingin kaya tapi berapa orang di dunia ini yang mampu kaya..dalam konsep kehendak atau keperluan..haruslah didahului keperluan daripada keinginan (kehendak. Jadi di sini kita perlu kaya kerana ia adalah keperluan...Nabi ada bersabda berbunyi "tangan yang memberi adalah lebih baik dari yang menerima"..kalau kita perhatikan disekeliling kita..berapa banyak orang-orang muslim yang memberi daripada menerima? berapa banyak orang-orang bukan islam yang memberi daripada menerima? dalam konsep peluang pekerjaan, brapa banyak orang-orang muslim membuka peluang pekerjaan kepada muslim lain? pada pengamatan saya, bukan tidak ada tetapi terlalu sedikit...kerana apa? kerana orang-orang melayu muslim (x semua la) tidak nampak konsep keperluan untuk kaya
